[ClusterLabs] PCS Web UI 0.1.25 released

I am happy to announce the latest release of PCS Web UI, version 0.1.25.

Multi-cluster management in PCS Web UI is deprecated in this release and
will be removed in a future major version. PCS Web UI is also available
as a Cockpit application, remote clusters can still be managed by
connecting to them through Cockpit.

Support for pacemaker CIB secrets has been added to the web UI. Instance
attributes using the CIB secrets mechanism are now displayed
distinctively, with their values hidden by default. The actual secret
value can be revealed using the Reveal secrets toggle.
