[ClusterLabs] Pacemaker-3.0.3-rc1 now available

Hi all,

I am happy to announce that the source code for the first release 
candidate for Pacemaker version 3.0.3 is now available at:

This release includes an important security fix for CVE-2026-10649 
(https://github.com/advisories/GHSA-94r4-qcg7-69qj) which was already 
discussed on this list.

Additional changes include:

* Fixing a regression where the ClusterMon agent does not start.
* Fixing a regression where it's impossible to update the status section 
of the CIB without triggering resource restart.
* Fixing a regression where an internal and unpackaged C header file was 
referenced in a public header.
* Fixing a regression where UTF-8 characters and spaces were no longer 
allowed by the cibsecret command.

Everyone is encouraged to download, compile, and test the new release. 
We do many regression tests and simulations, but we can't cover all
