[ClusterLabs] Found libqb issue that affects pacemaker 1.1.18

Hi,

I tried to build libqb 1.0.3 on a fresh machine and then corosync 2.4.4 and pacemaker 1.1.18.
I found the following bug and filed against libqb GitHub:

for the moment I fixed it manually on my env. Anyone experienced this issue?
