[Pacemaker] ra script for clvmd?

  Because the distributed locking in openais is not reliable, clvmd
will fail when
some nodes inside the cluster fails or fenced.

  The current solution is using dlm instead of openais for locking. It's named
clvmd-corosync in the upstream, which will be in the Factory soon too.
