[ClusterLabs Developers] Fence-agents help, getting started

Hi,

preferrably work on ‘master’ branch, RHEL6/7 contains only some patches that fixes various issues. 

You can fill bugs either at bugzilla.redhat.com or at github issue tracker.

In RHEL6 (branch that follows RHEL 6.latest) make check is broken because XML metadata for regression tests are not up-to-date. Additionatly, travis is no longer working too with this branch (because of older python). I do not plan to fix this issue.
