[ClusterLabs] Release crmsh 5.1.0-rc2

Hello everyone,

I am pleased to announce that crmsh 5.1.0-rc2 is now available!

Major changes since crmsh 5.1.0-rc1 include:

   - Fix: sbd: Set bootstrap_context.diskless_sbd to True when diskless SBD
   is enabled on interactive mode
   - Dev: bootstrap: Find and show failed services
   - Dev: qdevice: Configure "-p " for /etc/sysconfig/corosync-qnetd on
   qnetd server
   - Fix: sbd: Compare SBD device UUID when adding SBD via sbd stage
   - Dev: log: Lower corosync config tokenizer log level to reduce noise
   and decouple logging from config
   - Fix: sbd: Verify sbd devices on all nodes
   - Dev: utils: Add class MultipathInspector to inspect multipath devices
   - Dev: help: Show alias command info
   - Dev: bootstrap: Warn about deprecating legacy and
   unencrypted/unauthenticated knet transports
   - Dev: Refactor storage helpers out of utils.py
