[ClusterLabs] Final release of Pacemaker 2.1.11 now available

Hi all,

I am happy to announce that source code for the final release of 
Pacemaker version 2.1.11 is now available at:

This is exactly the same as the rc1 release, aside from updating the 
version and date in the ChangeLog.md file.  Again, this release includes 
an important security fix for CVE-2026-10649:

Barring any other major bugs, I expect this to be the final release in
