[ClusterLabs] Pacemaker 2.1.9 released

Hi all,

The final release of Pacemaker 2.1.9 is now available at:

This is primarily a bug fix release, to provide a clean separation
point for the upcoming 3.0.0 release. See the link above for more
details.
