[ClusterLabs] Pull request requirements

Hello team,

My name is Amir Eibagi and I am working for Nutanix. Me and my colleague (CCed on this email) are working to introduce a new fence agent for the AHV host.
We have followed the guidelines under  https://github.com/ClusterLabs/fence-agents/blob/main/doc/FenceAgentAPI.md developing the fence agent.

I just would like to check with the team if there are any specific requirement which we need to follow before submitting our pull request for the upstream.
