[ClusterLabs] Native Chinese speaker wanted to proof a few translations

Hi all,

We've decided to merge the proposed native language capability in
Pacemaker as an experimental feature, disabled by default. Users who
are interesting in testing it will be able to run the configure script
with --enable-nls.

The initial set of translations is small, as a proof of concept.

I'd love to have a native Chinese speaker review them independently. If
anyone is interested, you can see them here:

The "msgid" entries are the original English, and the "msgstr" entries
are the translations. You can either review them in github or reply
here.
