First, after deletion there's not much "configure show" can tell you.
Second the problem was where no INFO: maessage was print.
But anyway, I go back in time for you ;-)
primitive prm_cfs_locks Filesystem ...
clone cln_cfs_locks prm_cfs_locks ...
colocation col_cfs_locks_O2CB inf: cln_cfs_locks cln_O2CB
order ord_O2CB_OCFS inf: cln_O2CB ( cln_cfs_locks )
And here's the example where deleting prm_stonith_sbd did not print an info
message that the clone was removed as well:
primitive prm_stonith_sbd stonith:external/sbd ...
clone cln_stonith_sbd prm_stonith_sbd
