Yes, this is a fairly recent change, part of an ongoing project to make
Pacemaker's tool output more consistent -- in this case for bulleted
lists.

As part of this, more tools beyond crm_mon (pcs status) are gaining the
ability to output in XML format, for easier machine parsing.
