[ClusterLabs] DLM, cLVM, GFS2 and OCFS2 managed by systemd instead of crm ?

I think that everything should be in cluster.
DLM & cLVMd are prerequisites for your cluster resources -> which means that the cluster stack needs to be able to control them.
Also, if you remove the cloned DLM & cLVMd resources - the cluster will not know that a node has a failed dlm.
