[ClusterLabs] Strange failed transition messages showing up in log every 15 minutes

As far as I know: nothing, it's just Pacemaker's way of remembering the
failed action shown in the status output.  A resource cleanup should get
rid of them (it works for me, but I've never used master/slave resources
or drbd in particular).
