[ClusterLabs] Resource location node preference

Suppose I have a resource defined with a preference of node1 over node2.  The resource is running on node1.  Node1 goes away.  Now the resource is running on node2.

Node1 comes back and joins the cluster.  Will the resource relocate to Node1?
