[ClusterLabs] Putting together notes from the 2015 Summit

Hi all,

  I've started compiling the notes from the HA summit here:

  I was going to write more, but I think it is best that each person
who championed a topic start the notes for their issues. Of course, if
you have a good memory of what was discussed, please contribute as well!

  I personally tried to flush out the "Cluster Labs" community, but I
need more information on who was going to help bring it into existence
as a legal entity. I think both RH and SUSE folks were going to talk
to their management about assisting with this. I am not in any
position to contribute legally, but I am more than happy to contribute
in any other way, so please just ask.

  It's important we all contribute our notes promptly!

  Time will simply lead to forgotten bits which are important.
