In that case, could you please share details about what distro
you are using, plus output of
  $ rpm -qf cman corosync pacemaker selinux-policy
(or do you compile any of these on your own?).

Also would be good to know output of
  # grep -E 'AVC.*denied' /var/log/audit/audit.log
on your system.
