[Pacemaker] Processes are being run with realtime priority

I'm using Pacemaker and Corosync, and I notice that all my cluster resources
are started with realtime priority.  How do I lower this to more normal
process priorities?

I can't find any mention of cluster resource process priorities in the
docs...  I did actually check there first.

Just to clarify: I'm fine with the corosync processes themselves running
realtime, my concern is with the user-defined resources it manages being
started with realtime priority.
