[Pacemaker] [PATCH 0 of 9] Pacemaker 1.0.0 patch update for week 42, 2008

This is an experiment in transparency...

If it doesn't work we can call it off, but the intention is to make it easier 
for people to review changes, to see what the project is up to and what state its in.

More eyes means less bugs and less regressions.
So each week I will send out the patches made against the current stable series.

In terms of volume, I don't expect there to be many issues since they'll be
part of the same thread so a single click should be able to delete the entire
week's patches.

So without further delay, here's the first week's patches...
