Hi sbd-developers!


ClusterLabs / sbd - repo on github hasn't received a tag for

more than 3 year now.

Changes since v1.2.0 like adding the possibility to have a

watchdog-only setup without shared-block-devices

legitimate a bump to v1.3.0.

As there hasn't been super active development most

recently I guess we can spare having release-candidates ...

So if there is no opposition I would go ahead and put

a tag on the current state on master.
