[ClusterLabs] How to output debug messages in the log file?

I wrote a resource file Stateful1 in /lib/ocf/resources/pacemaker on Ubuntu 22.04. It didn't working. So I wrote  ocf_log debug "hello world"  in the file Stateful1. But it didn't output debug messages. How can I output debug messages?
