That looks wrong.  s/LXHAhb/pcmk/ since the former is used by heartbeat.

do you get this stuff when you configure heartbeat?
perhaps your autoconf package is "old"

that looks like the reason... perhaps dejan was in the middle of  
something at the time.  perhaps update and re-try?
