Nope - at least not till execution was moved to lrmd (execd) - but I
don't think that<br>
this changed. Retries on resources are controlled by pengine
(schedulerd).<br>
If this is needed queuing and re-execution would have to be moved to
some<br>
pacemaker-external instance. <br>
