thanks to Kai and Michael,<br>

after some research using your keyword 'Ressource Agent', I found
HowTos and community made, pre implemented ones. One of them is even
designed <a
href="https://github.com/ClusterLabs/resource-agents/tree/master/heartbeat">for
Kamailio</a>! I also understood the division of functionalities
between Heartbeat / Pacemaker and so on. This helps me a lot - and
Michael, I will read your book for futher information.<br>

checks to the monitoring part of the SIP Proxy and / or openHA.

Basically:
Health checks are for testing the health or a cluster node, i.e. CPU load,
free space on a partition or something like that.
If you want to check a resource (application) then you have to improve the
monitoring function of the according Resource Agent.
