[ClusterLabs] clusterlabs.org outage notification

We have stopped the web server for clusterlabs.org for now. It was
being hit with a large number of Bugzilla queries, causing denial of
service. We've shut it down while we investigate further.

In the meantime, if any of you is the source of these Bugzilla
queries, please stop and reach out to us.
