[ClusterLabs] Multiple Clusters on a single server

"Recommended" is not equal to "mandatory". There are many reasons why
separate clusters are preferred, but nothing stops you from having
different applications on the same physical cluster.
And not, you cannot have multiple clusters on the same physical nodes.
It simply does not make any sense.
