[ClusterLabs] Change in ClusterLabs leadership

Hey everyone, I just wanted to take a minute to say a couple things.

First, I wanted to thank Ken for his years of leadership on pacemaker.
We are definitely going to miss his expertise, his thorough patch
review, mailing list responses, bug triage, and the thousand other
things he did to keep this project rolling.

Second, I wanted to introduce myself.  I've been a Red Hat employee for
over 20 years now.  I worked on the installer, anaconda, for the first
12+ years, then moved to composer for a couple years, and then moved to
pacemaker in 2018.  I've stayed a little more behind the scenes on
pacemaker compared to other projects I've worked on, but I'll try to
make more of an appearance on the mailing lists aside from just
announcing new releases.
