[ClusterLabs] Change in ClusterLabs leadership

Hello all,

After 10 years of working on Pacemaker and nearly as many leading the
ClusterLabs community, I am passing the torch to the capable Chris
Lumens of Red Hat. Next Wednesday will be my last working day.

With the political situation in the U.S. being what it is, I decided to
de-stress by focusing on a personal project for a while.

In my spare time, I've been working on a history of the small town I
live in. If you're curious, you can check it out at
judegaillot.com (I'm using my middle name to avoid confusing Googlers
with a bunch of git commits!). I plan to focus on writing full-time
this year and decide what to do as events unfold.

I will greatly miss the camaraderie of the community and regret that I
couldn't see everyone in person one more time at another summit.

I wish everyone the best, and appreciate all of you for helping keep
the machinery of modern life running.
