I'm guessing you are referring only to the Blind faith warning right?
Yes, I have stonith disabled for now in corosync.conf like so:
system {
       qb_ipc_type: shm
       sched_rr: no
       stonith-enabled: false
}

There are certain limitations in FBSD Jails so I want the least amount of
noise until I get a stable working setup.

But what about the other two warnings?
WARNING: could not get the pacemaker version, bad installation?
WARNING: list index out of range
