ClusterLabs is happy to announce fence-agents v4.14.0.

The most significant enhancements in this release are:
- new fence agents:
  - fence_ovm (Oracle VM)

- bugfixes and enhancements:
  - all agents: update metadata from I/O to e.g. Power, Network, etc for non-I/O agents
  - lib/all agents: use r"" for all regular expressions to avoid SyntaxWarning errors
  - fence_aliyun: add credentials file support
  - fence_vmware_rest : report error if the API user has insufficient rights to manage
    the fence device
  - fence_zvmip: fix manpage formatting
