[ClusterLabs] [Announce] libqb 2.0.5 released

We are pleased to announce the release of libqb 2.0.5

The headline feature of this release is the addition of the new 
qb_ipcc_connect_async() API call, but there are lots of smaller fixes 
that should be helpful.
