[ClusterLabs] How to globally enable trace log level in pacemaker?

Have you checked the options in /etc/sysconfig/pacemaker as recommended in https://documentation.suse.com/sle-ha/15-SP3/html/SLE-HA-all/app-ha-troubleshooting.html#sec-ha-troubleshooting-log ?

It sets log level to debug, while I need trace.
