Never mind, please forgive the list noise. The command...
yum config-manager --set-enabled ha
...is all I needed (except for policycoreutils-python) which still does not become available .

Like many people, when Centos 8 died I transitioned to AlmaLinux. Only problem is, yum and dnf do not find or install pacemaker or its related components. The command....
# yum install -y pacemaker pcs psmisc policycoreutils-python
...specified in the Clusters from Scratch document is a fountain of disappointment. It does nothing good.
Where are the cluster packages, pacemaker, corosync, etc?
