[ClusterLabs] drbd9 and Centos 8.3

Looking on my old thread at 
https://forums.centos.org/viewtopic.php?t=65539#p275539 , I see that
the drbd should be started and initialized first before you can
clusterize it.
What is the output of 'drbdadm status' on both nodes ? What happens
when you stop the cluster resource and start the drbd manually ?

I guess
it's unnecessary to mention how risky is to run a 2-node cluster and
that it's far safer if you have a quorum somewhere there ;)
