[ClusterLabs] Coming in Pacemaker 2.1.0: New documentation look

Hi all,

The recent 2.0.5 release will be the last in Pacemaker's 2.0 series.
The next release (toward the middle of this year) will be 2.1.0, which
will be fully backward compatible in both the CIB and the C API.

The middle number is being bumped to draw attention to more significant
changes than usual, including changes that may affect any custom
scripts you have, or that may affect users who build or package
Pacemaker from source.

One noticeable change is that the Pacemaker "books" (Clusters from
Scratch, Pacemaker Explained, etc.) have been converted from asciidoc
source, built with Publican, to reStructuredText source, built with
Sphinx.

This is mainly because Publican is a dead project, but it also
modernizes the appearance. I've generated some samples for comparison
and proofing if anyone is interested:

 2.0.5 docs: https://clusterlabs.org/pacemaker/doc/

 2.1.0 samples: http://people.redhat.com/~kgaillot/pacemaker/doc/

They're not perfect. The CSS could use some tweaking, and the EPUB and
PDF formats have gotten very little attention. The content will get
some updates over the next few months -- including finally getting
around to converting Clusters From Scratch to use Pacemaker 2. Comments
and suggestions are welcome. Pull requests are even more welcome. :)

A big list of all changes being considered for 2.1.0 can be found at:

Happy clustering,
