[ClusterLabs] volume group won't start in a nested DRBD setup

 I was always told that when we clusterize a VG (no matter HA-LVM or clvmd) , we should disable lvmetad.Actually ,it shouldn't be of such a problem even if we disable the lvmetad on a standalone system.
Are you using Clustered or HA-LVM ?

This error indicates the root cause is related to lvmetad. Please check 
lvmetad, eg.

systemctl status lvm2-lvmetad
grep use_lvmetad /etc/lvm/lvm.conf

Check your lvm2 version and google its workaround/fix accordingly.
