[ClusterLabs] DLM in the cluster can tolerate more than one node failure at the same time?

Hi List,

I remember that master node has the full copy for one DLM lock resource and the other nodes have their own lock status, 
then if one node is failed(or fenced), the DLM lock status can be recovered from the remained node quickly.
My question is, 
if there are more than one node which are failed at the same time, the DLM lock service for the remained nodes in the cluster can still continue to work after recovery?
