Yes.

All versions of pacemaker that support corosync 2 (that is, since about
pacemaker 1.1.9) should also support corosync 3. Pacemaker 2.0.0 been
extensively tested with corosync 3, while earlier pacemaker versions
likely have not.

Pacemaker 2.0.1 will be released soon, and it has one improvement
specifically targeted at corosync 3, related to the order in which cpg
and quorum messages are received. But that's just an improvement, not a
critical issue.
