[ClusterLabs] Simulate Failure Behavior

I want to mess around with different on-fail options and see how the cluster responds. I'm looking through the documentation, but I don't see a way to simulate resource failure and observe behavior without actually failing over the mode. Isn't there a way to have the cluster MODEL failure and simply report what it WOULD do?
