Thank you, Andrei and Ulrich. Yes, I use a fake stonith now. I will test the working stonith device and see if it happens again.

You must have working stonith agent. Then when node unexpectedly goes away other nodes will invoke stonith which confirms that UNCLEAN node is down. After that pacemaker will change status to offline and will proceed with restarting resources that were running on powered off node.
