There are two pcs branches:
* pcs-0.9 continues supporting corosync 2.x and pacemaker 1.x, no 
corosync 3.x or pacemaker 2.x support is planned
* pcs-0.10 will support corosync 3.x and pacemaker 2.x only

pcs-0.10 will be released and announced on this list when ready.
