[ClusterLabs] FYI: 32-bit builds no longer tested

Hi everybody,

Just wanted to give a heads-up, we are no longer testing 32-bit builds
(i686) in our automated testing. Some distributions don't even support
the architecture anymore, and it's not worth the extra maintenance on
our end.

If there is a large demand for latest pacemaker on 32-bit, we can
revisit the decision.
