afaik there is no virtual watchdog device available with hyper-v.
Thus the only possibility left for using sbd would be softdog.
But of course reliability of softdog is not comparable with a
properly implemented virtual watchdog.
So you might consider fencing via the hypervisor if
your scenario and distribution allow that.
