[ClusterLabs] Cluster NFS

My question is : my server start under pacemaker , the nfsserver will
downgrade to ver3 .
But i disable pacemaker , and start nfs-server from systemclt . my nfs
server is ver4 .
I don't know what is the problem.
i follow the memu
