[ClusterLabs] Cluster NFS

I was setup a two node failover cluster NFS

but i found the nfs server in active node running NFS v3 not v4
My OS is Centos 7.2 is support nfs v4.
I was try remove all pcs setting and use system default /etc/exportfs and
start the nfs service , client and server show is support nfs v4 .
who know why ?
