Didn't happen in my test (SIGSTOP to crmd).
Might be a configuration mistake though...
Even had sbd with a watchdog active (amongst
other - real - fencing devices).
Thinking if it might make sense so tickle the
crmd-API from sbd-pacemaker-watcher ...
