I am getting this error message

data_vol       (ocf::heartbeat:LVM):   Started node1
ClusterIP      (ocf::heartbeat:IPaddr2):       Started node1
KahaDB_FS      (ocf::heartbeat:Filesystem):    Started node1

Failed Actions:
* KahaDB_FS_start_0 on node2 'not installed' (5): call=104, status=complete, exitreason='Couldn't find device [/dev/mapper/data-data_vol]. Expected /dev/??? to exist',
    last-rc-change='Mon May  9 11:47:41 2016', queued=0ms, exec=45ms

Yet the resource is started, and the filesystem is mounted and accessible.
