[ClusterLabs] [corosync] [build] the configure shows UNKNOWN version and runtime exits 17

Use official signed tarbal ( 
http://build.clusterlabs.org/corosync/releases/corosync-2.3.6.tar.gz) or 
full git clone. Do not use github "releases".
