[ClusterLabs] fence_vmware_soap: fail to shutdown VMs

Hi,

90MB of logs are not a big deal, most of them will just attempt to do same
request again and again. Feel, free to send me a link to this file.

If you have python-suds then it should be enough, you may try a different
version of this package but we don't have any additional 3rd party
dependencies afaik.
