I will release both 2.1.5 and 2.2.0.

Yes, 2.2.0 will require python-parallax. There are packages for
python-parallax available on the OBS [1]. It is also installable via
PyPI [2].

2.1.5 will be based on the current 2.1.4 branch will additional bug
fixes, and will not require python-parallax.
